Cancellation Policy
*No Extra Guest, Unless Prior Accommodation Is Approved*
Communication Window:
Client Will Not Incur Any Fees If They Communicate In Advance Regarding Their Inability to Attend, Be On Time, and/or Request to Reschedule Accordingly.
All Appointment-related Communication Must Occur Atleast 30mins-1hr Before Scheduled Appointment Time. Messages Sent or Calls After This Time Will Not Be Considered Valid For Grace Periods or Exceptions.
Arrival Window:
Ex: For an 11:00 AM Appointment, Please Arrive Between 10:55AM and No Later Than 11:05AM.
A 5 Minute Grace Period is Provided Only If Client Communicates They Will Not Arrive For Scheduled Time; Arrivals Beyond This Time (e.g., 11:10,11:15, or Later) Cannot Be Accommodated, As It Affects The Flow Of The Schedule. I Value Time Management and Kindly Ask That Clients Respect My Time as I Respect Theirs.
Cancelling & Rescheduling:
All Appointments Require Atleast 12-24hrs Notice For Any Cancellation or Reschedule.
Please Provide A Courtesy Call/Send A Text or Email At Least 30mins Before Your Scheduled Appt Time If Any Issue Arises.
Lateness & No Shows:
If You’re 5mins Late With No Call or Message, Your Appointment Will Be Canceled and Your Deposit Forfeited.
Clients Are Permitted One Courtesy Reschedule. Repeated Rescheduling May Result In Refusal Of Future Bookings.
Payments:
All Forms Of Payment Are Accepted Through The Website. Deposits Are Due When Booking, and The Remaining Balance Is Due In Cash Before Service Begins.
By Booking An Appointment, You Agree To All Terms Listed In This Policy.
